Problem: Telcel aimed to increase foot traffic to their customer service centers across different regions in Mexico. The challenge was to effectively leverage local micro-influencers to drive significant and measurable increases in customer visits.
Solution: We developed a year-long strategy utilizing micro-influencers in various cities, each with follower counts ranging from 20,000 to 300,000. Influencers were engaged to post stories and publications that invited their followers to visit Telcel’s customer service centers. This coordinated approach led to notable spikes in traffic whenever content was launched.
Results: The campaign was highly effective, with traffic flows increasing by 45% during digital activations. Over the year, we collaborated with more than 200 micro-influencers across regions including Baja California, Baja California Sur, Sonora, Ciudad de México, Puebla, Jalisco, and Monterrey.
